Shipping Information

Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. Please allow additional processing time during product launches, sales, and holiday seasons. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our fulfillment center.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • International Shipping: 10-20 business days (varies by destination)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and begin once the carrier receives your package, not from the date you place your order. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and most European Union countries. Additional countries may be added periodically. During checkout, you can see if we ship to your location.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase. We occasionally offer free standard shipping promotions on orders over a certain amount.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey. You can also check your order status by logging into your account at critgearshop.com and viewing your order history.

International Shipping Considerations
For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees
  • These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing
  • Please check with your local customs office for import regulations

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. We cannot modify the shipping address once an order is processed. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may incur additional shipping fees.

Multiple Item Orders
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately from different warehouse locations. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for multiple shipments, and you will receive separate tracking information for each package.

Holiday Shipping
During holiday periods, we recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery. Specific holiday shipping deadlines and information are announced on our website and social media channels each season. Please note carriers may experience delays during peak shipping periods.

Undeliverable Packages
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will typically leave a notice with instructions. Packages that remain unclaimed may be returned to us. Additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment of returned packages.
